Yep, made it home. Saw a rolled over car transport truck full of what looked to be brand new Eclipses on the way... cant imagine that insurance claim!

they got him started after the Lake Mead cruise and Brit and I headed back to the hotel ASSuming everything was cope...but then I guess his tubo exploded on the way to the hotel.. ended up renting a U-Haul to get the car back to Phoenix Sunday... Poor Lost Sol...

Actually Jimmy gave the car a new name...31 flavors of f*&#ed up!
For those of you that didn't hear, one of my guys had the WORST vegas luck! I thank all of those who helped him out! Anyway, here is the quick rundown of his weekend:
Friday Wickenberg, AZ- Shift linkage bolt came out. Fixed with zip ties.
Friday Kingman, Az-blew a tire, found out other tires were just as bad (desperately needs and alignemtn and just eats tires), forced to buy an overpriced set of emergency tires. Ends up spending the night in Kingman.
Saturday morning, stalls out at the arizona side check point before the dam. Tows to the autozone in boulder city.
Saturday afternoon-problem fixed thanks to a spare alt from dad2bike!
30 minutes later, after trying to keep up with the hot twin cams...he blew the turbo clean off the car...I mean smoke, flames, sparks, and finally a fire extinguisher. 
AAA tow to Uhaul and the car is back on home soil.
The hardship award will definitely be reintroduced next year!!!!!!!!

Me jon and Jay made it back to Cali. (Jay was visiting a friend) Took us about 4hrs sounds norm? not really they had the hole 15-s closed down. Jon couldn't stay in his car for long in the dead stop so he came out and slapped me.... scared the poop out of me cuz i didn't see him coming.  Had a photo shot of all are three cars... But it was just some random car full of girls lol. Gota love delsols

what he means by that is he didn't see me get out of my car on the hwy and come and triple smack the back of his head... while stopped in traffic... ... then i did it again... then i did it to Jay... then Jay and i switch cars on the hwy and drove to mi casa!

I'm finally back. Last night I got pulled over in Colorado and they patted me down and did a Sol search. They told me that it was illegal to drive a car with no plates (I guess not even dealer plates) in Colorado. After I explained the complicated procedure I'd been through and visormurp pulled up behind them and confirmed the story they let me go. -1 hour and thanks for the backup visormurp!
macster, wouldn't you be less safe and sound when you got home hung over to an angry wife?

Ugh...
Just got home an hour or so ago...
Here's a fun little travel tip... When you buy Tylenol from a gas station for a headache, make sure they aren't Tylenol PM before you take them...
Needless to say I was retardedly tired for like 3 hours of 100mph driving and couldn't figure out why until I read the package... Had to stop and take a nap in my car before I killed someone...

Werd. Philly is great as usual. Made it the whole way, no problems what so ever. Thank God. Thought I was getting pulled over in PA, 1 exit from my house by a state trooper. But all is good.

Made it back home last night. All's good. I definately am going to try to make it again next year. Was great meeting everyone and seeing everyone's Sol's. I had an awesome time.
I'm working on starting my new job in a couple weeks, so after I start it'll be back to lurking since I'll only be home about one week a month. I'll be sure to pop in though when I am home to pester everyone.
