i think he means type2 that came out of the 94-95 legend its a v6

as for the engine yes it will fit but you need lots of mods my buddy an i have been trying to put one in a hatch but it takes time and money i've actually seen on done on an eg so i know is possible as to how much cash u need well that i got no idea, also a cheack upgrade be gettind a y8 manifold many would argue that i wont make much difference i personally seen a significant gain in power on other z6 as soon as i get cash im getting one for my sol, stick with you tranny or once again find a y8 tranny but since you are auto i recomend staying with what u have... also try the basic bolt ons like intake headers exhaust remember the better air flow the better u car runs. it really depends what route you wanna go with.. any ideas on what u want: engine? suspension? body?

well you can always go with an ls swap is a DOHC abd you pull slighty more hp i seen full swaps running for about 600 bucks on CL and all you would need is a wiring job thats about it.... another option is buying the DOHC b16 that came in the delsol in different years.. but thats talking swaps. and for ur z6 try bold ons and the manifold if you want to get into internals thats a whole different story
